However, traditional biomass pellet combustion furnaces, while providing the necessary heat, often inadvertently introduce ash, sparks, and soot into the drying materials. This severely compromises the purity and combustion performance of the mulberry-based fuel, and even poses potential safety hazards.

The client issued a clear and specific mandate: absolutely no ash or sparks generated during combustion were permitted to enter the interior of the mulberry leaf dryer. In essence, the heat source system was required to deliver "clean hot air"—allowing only pure, heated air to come into contact with the mulberry leaves, while strictly isolating all flames, soot, and ash. Conventional biomass hot-air furnaces struggle to achieve this level of absolute isolation, leading the client to initially harbor concerns that their stringent quality standards could not be met.

Flames and flue gases are first directed into a settling and separation chamber. Utilizing the principles of gravity and centrifugal force, this chamber effectively captures and retains large ash particles and sparks. Only pure, heated air is permitted to pass through high-temperature-resistant channels into the interior of the dryer drum, thereby eliminating ash contamination at its very source.
