Working Principle

  • In the ore drying production line, the heat source equipment transfers heat energy to the drying equipment to heat it up. Subsequently, the feeding device sends the ore with high humidity into the drying equipment.
  • The high-temperature hot air generated by the hot air furnace fully contacts the ore, and the ore continuously rolls in the rotating drum, thereby accelerating the evaporation rate of water and achieving the drying effect.
  • After a period of drying, the humidity of the ore will gradually decrease. When the required dryness is reached, the discharging device will send the dried ore out of the dryer. At the same time, the exhaust equipment will discharge the smoke and water vapor generated during the drying process out of the dryer to maintain a good ventilation environment inside the dryer.
  • The reasonable structural design of the supporting wheel and the diversified lubrication methods make the supporting wheel less prone to wear and shaft breakage, shorten the replacement cycle, and extend the service life of the supporting wheel.
  • The dryer system has good sealing performance,Inlet and outlet head adopts special seal to effectively reduce heat loss.
