Product Introduction
The entire production line consists of crushing equipment, calcining equipment, a heat source system, dust removal equipment, and storage equipment. Natural gypsum is metered at a constant rate by a belt scale beneath the feed hopper and fed into a hammer crusher; the crushed gypsum is then conveyed to the calcining kiln, which features an internal assembly of multiple pipe groups and utilizes natural gas as the heat source. The calcined material is transported via an elevator to a homogenization silo to ensure consistent quality. The homogenized hemihydrate gypsum then moves to the storage area in preparation for the subsequent grinding stage. This system employs a low-temperature calcination process, effectively mitigating issues such as uneven calcination quality and excessive heat loss.
