Flow Chart
1.In the drying process of sawdust dryer, sawdust are first added to the bin by the forklift, and then the wood chips are evenly sent to the dryer by the belt conveyor for drying treatment.
2.Under the turning of the uniformly distributed shovel plate in the drying drum, it is evenly dispersed and fully touched with the hot air, which speeds up the drying heat transfer and mass transfer of wood chips and evaporates water. The sawdust dryer produced by our company is a sealed structure, which can reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.
3.The dried wood chips flow from the discharge hopper into the belt conveyor, which finally transmits the dried wood chips to the designated place for storage. The upper part of the discharge hopper is the dust in the discharge process. After being treated by the dust removal system, it can achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
