Working Principle
The air circulation system of steam dryer adopts the fan circulation air supply mode, and the air circulation is uniform and efficient. The air source is driven by the circulating air supply motor (using a non-touch switch) to drive the air wheel through the heater, and the hot air is sent out through the air duct to the inner chamber of the dryer, and then the used air is sucked into the air duct to become the air source for re-circulation and heating. Ensure indoor temperature uniformity. When the temperature swings due to the opening and closing action, the air supply circulation system quickly recovers the operation state until it reaches the set temperature value. Steam, hot water and other heat carriers are added by the steam journal tube and distributed to each heating tube through the collector box. Condensate water is discharged from the collector box through the inclination of the dryer. The material is dried by the lifting and stirring of the heating tube in the dryer, and moves from the higher end to the lower end with the help of the inclination of the dryer, and is discharged from the end hopper.
