The Triple-Pass Aggregate Dryer uses three concentric cylinders nested inside each other, dividing the drying process into three stages:

  1. Outer Cylinder (Co-current): Wet aggregate enters the outer cylinder where high-temperature hot air (300°C-550°C) flows in the same direction, rapidly evaporating surface moisture.

  2. Middle Cylinder (Counter-current): Material enters the middle cylinder where hot air flows in the opposite direction. The middle cylinder is surrounded by the outer and inner cylinders, creating a self-insulating system that fully utilizes heat for deep dewatering.

  3. Inner Cylinder (Reciprocating): Material enters the inner cylinder where specially designed rectangular multi-loop lifting plates create a "two steps forward, one step back" movement pattern, extending residence time for uniform drying to the target moisture.

  4. Discharge & Dust Collection: Dried aggregate is discharged, and exhaust gas is purified by a dust collector.

The triple-pass structure achieves thermal efficiency exceeding 80%equipment length only 1/3 of single-drum, and 40%-60% lower energy consumption.
