Technological Process
The main components of the sand dryer are: conveyor, feeder, hot air furnace, natural gas burner, three-drum dryer, vibrating screen, discharging device, exhaust system, dust removal equipment, electronic control system, etc. The detailed process flow is as follows: After the material is put into the dryer from one end, it is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under the turning of the copying plate device distributed in the inner drum, and makes a Z-shaped reciprocating motion with the hot air, fully contacting and accelerating the drying and heat transfer. During the drying process, the material can be moved to the discharge port of the dryer under the action of the inclined copying plate and hot air flow.
