This mineral concentrate drying equipment utilizes a co-current rotary drying process optimized for fine concentrate powders.

  1. Wet concentrate (e.g., copper concentrate filter cake) is fed into the cylinder, where a powerful breaking device at the feed end quickly disperses agglomerated material.

  2. A hot air furnace generates low-temperature hot air at 150°C-250°C, which fully contacts the concentrate inside the cylinder for gentle heat exchange — this design is especially critical for copper concentrate dryer and gold concentrate drying system applications, effectively preventing sulfide oxidation.

  3. The dried concentrate is discharged via a discharger, while dust-laden exhaust gas enters a high-efficiency pulse baghouse filter. The recovered concentrate dust is automatically returned to the product, achieving zero loss.
