Our Tailings Dryer is specifically engineered to handle high-humidity, high-viscosity mining waste. Through efficient dewatering and drying, it converts tailings into reusable dry materials (such as raw materials for brick making, mine backfill, or feed for further metal extraction), helping mining companies achieve "zero discharge" and resource recycling.

Our equipment utilizes Direct Heating Rotary Cylinder Drying Technology.

  1. Feeding: High-moisture tailings are fed into the dryer cylinder via a conveyor.

  2. Breaking & Granulating: The cylinder is equipped with a unique combined lifting plate and breaking device. For sticky tailings, the equipment forcibly breaks them apart, increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air, thoroughly solving the common issues of "blockage" and "agglomeration" found in traditional equipment.

  3. Heat Exchange: High-temperature airflow generated by the hot air furnace (fueled by coal, natural gas, biomass, or waste heat) fully contacts the tailings inside the cylinder for efficient heat exchange.

  4. Discharging: The dried tailings are discharged via a discharger, while the exhaust gas is treated by a high-efficiency dust removal system (baghouse filter) to meet emission standards.
