Working Principle
1.The wet materials enter the dryer through the belt conveyor, are dried and dehydrated, and then discharged from the discharge port, and then transferred to the material warehouse for storage by conveying equipment.
2.The high-temperature hot air generated by the combustion of the heat source is the drying heat source of the entire drying system. It fully contacts the wet materials that generate the material curtain in the dryer, and dries and dehydrates the wet materials through transfer, convection and exchange.
3.Each section is connected by lifting conveyors and sealed pipelines. The dust generated during the production process is purified by dry cyclone dust collector and pulse bag dust collector to ensure that there is no dust emission in the production workshop and meet environmental emission requirements. The system adopts frequency conversion cabinet control to meet process and production needs.
4.The reasonable structural design of the supporting wheel and the diversified lubrication methods make the supporting wheel less prone to wear and shaft breakage, shorten the replacement cycle, and extend the service life of the supporting wheel.
